Shipping & Handling

Deliveries are made only Monday through Friday (holidays excluded).

All instock items will ship immediatly after credit card verification. Items that require special ordering from our suppliers will be shipped the day following thier arrival at our store. For most items, Shoes, Gothic, Leather/PVC, Rubber, Items in the "Specials" and Corsets, the time line for shipping out is approx 2 weeks. Costumes and Lingerie can be 4 - 6 weeks.

Shipping worldwide will be done via "Canada Post", unless you note a preferred shipping method. (See below)

Calgary Destinations "MUST" be picked up in-store,(You will not be charged for the shipping) unless you contact us to arrange shipping.

Orders will be shipped following credit card Authorization/Verification.

If you have a preferred method of getting your shipments, in the "NOTES" section, tell us whom you would like to use. Include your Account number if you want to save on the shipping. We will contact them, get the rate and notify you by e-mail the amount your card will be charged for shipping.
