Purchasing and Returns

Click the Checkout link in the top navigation bar when you're ready to place your order.

All the items that you have in your shopping bag appear in your order during Checkout. If you do not want to order all the items, simply edit your shopping bag first and click "Update". When you click "Submit Order" we verify your credit card. Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged if you do not click "Order Now."

Methods of Payment

We are unable to accept checks, cash, or credit vouchers.
Barbies shop accepts the following credit cards:

· Visa
· MasterCard

If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists

Tax Policy

We are required to collect sales tax on items shipped in Canada.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns With an Original Sales Receipt:

Items may be returned within 30 days after the invoice date for a merchandise exchange ONLY. You must notify us of your intent to return via phone or e-mail. Goods returned to us without prior approval will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail:

Follow these instructions to return any Barbies shop purchases by mail.
1. Please keep one copy of the invoice for your records.
2. Circle the item(s) that you are exchanging and on the bottom portion of the invoice note the reason why.
3.Indicate the exchange you want and we will pay the costs for the shipping and the exchange order.
4. Circle the name and address where we should send the receipt or exchange.
5. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible. Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.
